This exhibition explores the commonality between buildings and clothing, how they both hold us as humans and inspire a wide range of emotional responses. Each student is randomly assigned an architect and an artist, and through research and collage they create connections to design and produce a garment. Informed by how we all experience and inhabit shared physical and virtual spaces, each of these young designers articulates what makes them unique through the language of dressing the body. Come and see a diverse selection of fashion displayed on mannequins and the architects and artists that inspired them.
