Libraries are a place we can all have 'In Common' no matter who we are, how old we are or where we come from. They have spaces within spaces in order to satisfy our individual and diverse wants while still appealing to our common needs.
We will look around our library and talk about the different space we have and all the things you can do in the library…then it’s down to you to design your dream library.
We will provide the graph paper, but we need you to provide your imagination and get creative.
What would you have in your dream library? How about a slide into the Children’s area or maybe a reading corner that looks out of this world with a space theme?
Suitable for Children aged 7-11.
