Architecture Books Festival

24 June - 25 June

10:00 -17:00

Last year the WCCA moved into their new home of Temple Bar. This is the former gateway to the City designed by Sir Christopher Wren now repositioned in the shadow of St. Paul's Cathedral.

In 2023 the City marks the 300th anniversary of Wren's life with a series of events one of which is the launch of the annual Architectural Book Festival.

Throughout the day in Temple Bar there will be presentations by Architects and Publishers showcasing their recently published titles. There will be the announcement of the Annual Book Awards with seven categories being judged. It is hoped that the Annual Book Festival will rekindle interest in the importance of traditionally published work, the joy and tactile excitement of books.

The events are specifically designed to connect the public with the Architectural community, to be inclusive and accessible to all. Paternoster Row was once the heart of British Publishing and there is a rich legacy to celebrate and to build on.
