A fund-raising walk within the South Westminster area which addresses the theme of "In Common" by focussing on buildings within the area whose primary focus was or still is, to support and develop the lives of people in the community. The history of some schools dating from the middle ages will be discussed as we look at their current buildings. Also many buildings that were created as hospitals before the NHS will be visited. And alms houses, accommodation for older people dating back over 300 years old, will also feature.
